18″ Pizza Peel – made from black walnut, cherry, and birch. The paddle overall dimensions are 1/2″ thick 18″ wide x 33″ long. The paddle portion is 18″x18″ The handle has cherry wood in the middle and black walnut on top and bottom. In addition to adding to the aesthetics it makes the handle easier to grip
